Last week was a successful and an enjoyable week for all that attended our first aid courses

With 16 delegates gaining an Emergency first aid at work qualification. These courses were first ones to trained in line with the New level 3 EFAW and FAW qualifications, these have recently been updated to include more Visual and practical assessing, the new details mentioned below and the changes can be viewed on the Nuco plus website. The practical assessments offer a great opportunity to see how the delegates respond in situation and is a lot more fun than ‘sitting a test at the end of the day!’ as you can see from the pictures it has been an enjoyable week.

The only other subject that was taught this week was Manual Handling! Again similar to the first aid the last part of the day is practicable assessments which balances out the morning of regulations and legislation. Also like the first aid it was extremely successful in terms of 15 delegates passing and achieving a 3 year level 2 qualification.
